My website is out of date. After all with Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and all those social networking sites, who really needs a website any more? For your information, I'm on twitter now. Follow me as brad_rice. I have a Facebook account, too, but I prefer Twitter. I like the little doses of news and information that you get in bursts. I'm currently using Twhirl as my twitter client. I like it, but I'll start checking some others out, too. I've heard good things about TweetDeck.
I'm not leaving bradrice.com behind, though. I'm going to get back at it. I think there is plenty of good to come out of a website. I've been gone working on some important stuff, so I have some stuff up my sleeve to share here. As of late, I've been learning about formatting for the Kindle. I am working on a project to format a bible on the kindle. I have a sql file that I have exported to xml. Now I am working on a xslt file that will be the transformation to the basic html that will reside on the kindle.
I'm reading Surprised by Hope: Rethinking Heaven, the Resurrection, and the Mission of the Church
by N.T. Wright. It is great and I would highly suggest it.
